Elemental Martial Arts

Traditional roots. Modern martial arts.

Elemental Martial Arts brings together practical self-defense, striking, grappling, and movement in a progressive training program for youth, teens, and adults.

Rooted in Japanese martial traditions and informed by modern combatives, EMA develops physical skill, confidence, discipline, and good judgment.

What We Train

Traditional roots. Practical training.

Elemental Martial Arts draws from Japanese Budo Taijutsu (Ninjutsu), Jujutsu, Judo, and Aikijutsu, alongside Karate, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and modern self-defense systems including Krav Maga.

These disciplines contribute striking, throws, takedowns, standing and ground grappling, escapes, and practical defensive skills. Rather than training each style separately, EMA brings their techniques and principles together into one integrated program.
