Coaches who
live the
practice.

Elemental 5 is guided by coaches who are athletes, performers, and mentors. Committed to their own growth as much as their students.

Assistant Coaches

The next
generation.

Emily Cuiksa

Assistant Coach

Emily Cuiksa

Emily fell in love with aerial silks at age 9 and trained consistently at E5 before becoming a coach at 14. She loves mentoring younger students as they build strength, confidence, and excitement for new skills, and treasures the bonds she forms with them along the way.

George Mossman

Assistant Coach

George Mossman

George started flipping around age six through a parkour class with Joe. A video of a standing backflip lit a fire in him, and he never stopped progressing. Through gymnastics, garden trampolining, and parkour, he has pushed into increasingly bigger skills. Elemental 5 gave him a place built for how he moves, competes, and grows.

Norah Kliewer

Assistant Coach

Norah Kliewer

Norah fell in love with tumbling early and competed in Xcel gymnastics before moving to Salida. After leaving competitive gymnastics she kept doing what she loves. Norah is excited to share her passion for tumbling and movement at E5.

Cadence Sewolt

Assistant Coach

Cadence Sewolt

Cadence always wanted to explore dance and acrobatics but never had the chance growing up. E5 gave her that opportunity alongside a path to build adaptability and leadership she can take anywhere. Currently invested in STEM, she brings curiosity and a growth mindset to every class she coaches.

Roan Jarvis

Assistant Coach

Roan Jarvis

Roan is a homeschooled sophomore with a strong interest in MMA, combat sports, welding, and building things. Through work ranging from landscaping to construction, he has developed commitment, problem-solving, and perseverance. He is now growing those same qualities through leadership and coaching at E5.

Ryan Good

Assistant Coach

Ryan Good

Ryan has been a fan of E5 since its grand opening and becoming a teen coach means a lot to him. A Salida High School freshman active in cross country and track, he is passionate about parkour, acrobatics, and being a ninja. He loves being part of E5's culture of helping kids grow in confidence and skills.
