Every E5 program shares a common foundation: strength, coordination, awareness, and respect for movement. From there, students find their path.

Movement Disciplines

Earth / Water

Fitness builds the physical foundation. Acrobatics develops parkour, tumbling, trampoline, tricking, and dynamic movement through current programs like Mini Ninjas, NinFit, Tx3, and teen/adult movement.

Fire / Air

Martial Arts is a coming pathway planned as part of the new facility. Circus includes aerial, balance, object manipulation, partner acrobatics, theater, creative movement, and performance through Circus Fridays, Aerial, and Echo.

School-year
circus.

Circus Fridays are the broad-entry circus experience inside the Air pathway. Kids may rotate through physical, technical, creative, cooperative, and lower-intensity activities, creating a dynamic three-hour training experience.

  • May include tumbling, aerial, juggling, balance, partner acrobatics, theater, and creative movement
  • Skill development, serious play, cooperation, and performance creation
  • Operated by Elemental 5 with Salida Circus as a nonprofit community partner
  • Seasonal availability announced through the schedule and student portal
