Training Pathways

Competition Track

Agile, resilient athletes training toward local and Colorado parkour and ninja competitions, with advanced athletes supported for national-level events as skill and commitment grow.

Performance Track

Expressive, disciplined performers developing through acrobatics, aerial arts, and movement. Students train toward showcases and performances, with advanced opportunities at regional and national levels.

NinFit

Parkour · Tumbling · Ninja Training

Our flagship program. NinFit fuses parkour, tumbling, trampoline, and ninja training into a structured 9-level progression system. Kids earn levels, not just stickers.

Ages 5–12

Tx3

Tumbling · Trampoline · Tricking

For kids who cannot get enough flips. Tx3 spends the full hour on ground acrobatics, trampoline mechanics, and tricking — combining skill with style and creativity.

Ages 8+

Aerial Silks

Grace · Strength · Expression

Students develop upper body strength, spatial awareness, and artistic expression through structured aerial training. Beginner classes are open to all. Intermediate is by invitation only.

Mini Ninjas

Movement · Play · Foundation

Where it all begins. Mini Ninjas builds fundamental movement, courage, and confidence through play-based obstacle courses and guided acrobatics. Big development in small bodies.

  • Gross motor and body awareness foundations
  • Introductory tumbling and jumping skills
  • Social skills: turns, directions, and peer respect
  • Character seeds planted from day one

Ninja Tots

Parent and Child · Open Gym

Bond with your little one in a safe, structured open gym environment. A coach guides families through obstacles, shares spotting techniques, and encourages early curiosity and courage.

  • Friday 10:00 to 11:30 AM

E5 Echo

E5's elite performance troupe. Echo is aligned with Air — creativity, expression, and lightness in movement. Athletes train year-round with live performances and travel. Auditions include a panel interview and skill gate.

Surge

Surge is aligned with Water — adaptability, flow, and resilience under pressure. The competition development track for athletes preparing for parkour and ninja-style events at local, state, and national levels.

Birthday Parties and Special Events

Let us help you celebrate. Our basic party package includes gym rental, equipment access, and a coached experience your guests will not forget.

Base package (1.5 hrs, up to 15 guests) $200
Additional time (per extra half hour) $50
Additional guests (per person, max 25 total) $10

Tables and chairs included. Special requests considered. Parents assisting or observing are not counted as guests.
