Who We Are
Elemental 5 serves families in Salida, Poncha Springs, and Chaffee County with coaching that is personal, steady, and deeply invested.
We train through fitness, acrobatics, and circus, with a dedicated martial arts pathway planned as part of the new facility.
Classes are fun, but they are not random. Students learn progressions, practice respect, and earn confidence through real effort.
Every student is met as a person. Some need courage. Some need focus. Some need a place where energy becomes a strength.
E5 was built to train the whole student: body, mind, confidence, character, and joy in movement.
What We Train
Students build usable strength, body control, balance, and awareness of how they move.
Students train parkour, tumbling, trampoline, tricking, and dynamic movement with adaptability and flow.
A dedicated pathway for courage, discipline, commitment, and purposeful intensity is planned as part of the new facility.
Movement becomes a place to explore aerial, balance, object manipulation, theater, creativity, and performance.
Students learn to connect strength, skill, discipline, creativity, focus, and character.
Why We Train
Many youth activities keep kids busy. At E5, we want movement to do something deeper. A student feels effort, frustration, repetition, progress, and pride in real time. Then they learn they can stay with it.
That is why we train. Not to produce perfect performers, but to help students become stronger, steadier, braver, more respectful versions of themselves.
When students build strength, they learn they can support themselves with patience and consistency.
When they adapt, they learn one mistake is not the end of the attempt.
When they commit, they learn courage is something they can practice one attempt at a time.
When they create, they learn their ideas belong in the room.
When they focus, they learn how to regulate, reset, and return to themselves.
The Five Elements of E5
The Five Elements are our practical teaching language. Each element names a movement discipline first, then a set of character qualities students can understand, practice, and carry with them.
Earth
Strength, stability, and foundation. Students build the physical base that supports every other pathway.
Water
Flow, adaptability, and skill through parkour, tumbling, trampoline, tricking, and dynamic movement.
Fire
A dedicated pathway for courage, discipline, commitment, and purposeful intensity is planned as part of the new facility.
Air
Creativity, expression, and performance through aerial, balance, object manipulation, theater, and circus arts.
Void
Awareness, mastery, and character. Strength, skill, discipline, creativity, and focus come together.
Serious Play
Kids learn best when the room feels alive. At E5, play is focused, physical, challenging, and full of discovery. Discipline gives play shape. Play keeps discipline joyful.
Students stretch comfort zones inside clear coaching boundaries.
Fun does not mean easy. It means students want to keep trying.
The group learns to celebrate effort, progress, courage, and respect together.
What Students Carry With Them
They move with more control, coordination, balance, and trust in what their body can do.
They practice patience, adaptability, listening, and the ability to reset after frustration.
They learn that courage is not a personality type. It is a skill they can build.
They get to solve problems, make choices, perform, and bring their own style and joy into movement.
They build focus, emotional regulation, humility, and confidence through repeated practice.
They are known by coaches, encouraged by peers, and challenged in a space built on respect.
